We are excited to introduce Melissa Kelley (or MK, as she likes to be called) as the newest member of the TRAX team. Melissa joins us as the Vice President of Growth and Development, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation.
Who is Melissa Kelley?
Melissa is a proud Midwestern girl, born and raised in Kansas City. A big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, she carries the values of hard work, perseverance, and community wherever she goes.
Her Background
Before joining TRAX, Melissa spent over 15 years in the Aviation industry before switching to robotics. Her diverse background includes engineering, project management, airline/airport/vendor operations, sales, business development, client management, and leadership. Most recently, Melissa worked with autonomous robots and their fleet management software, demonstrating her unique blend of technical and strategic expertise.

As the Vice President of Growth and Development, Melissa will focus on driving our growth initiatives, expanding our market presence, and leading our development strategies to new heights.
Fun Facts About Melissa
Melissa loves adventure! She has snorkeled in glacial water between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates and has hiked up a dormant volcano, descending 400 feet into its mouth on an open cable lift. Yes, she’s literally been inside a volcano!
