Riverside Convention Center

Riverside Convention Center purchased TRAX Clean+Inspect to create a digitalized cleaning operation throughout their back-of-house offices and conference center restrooms. By equipping their janitorial staff with mobile devices and the Clean+Inspect mobile app, Riverside provided an enhanced level of service and cleaning facility wide. Janitorial teams now have visibility to their daily assignments and tasks, while supervisors and management had visibility to the duration and frequency of cleanings. With the installation of the TRAX BLE Beacons, which passively register with the TRAX Clean+Inspect app, janitors no longer have to use pen and paper to sign in/out of a location after cleaning. The beacons collect the location, user, and duration of cleaning passively and automatically so management has a sense of comfort and proof of service.

Supervisors adopted the quality control module (“TRAX Inspect”) to run daily, digital QA/QC inspections. With TRAX Inspect, supervisors can rate and weight elements within the facility, take images or videos to highlight deficiencies, and view live dashboards of their overall scores.

Because of the TRAX Clean+Inspect installation, the Riverside Convention Center was able to create an efficient, digital, and demand-based cleaning operation. Riverside management view daily reports of their quality control results and consistently analyze cleaning data to provide the highest level of cleanliness and quality for all of its guests.
