San Antonio Spurs AT&T Center
The San Antonio Spurs reached out to TRAX Analytics to initially evaluate the opportunity to use technology to support their cleaning efforts as they began to open back up to the public. The Spurs conducted an initial 90-day trial period of the TRAX Clean+Inspect mobile application tied to the TRAX Platform, with the addition of Bluetooth proximity beacons. Because of the success of the trial period, the Spurs elected to sign a contract to expand the use of the system facility-wide.
TRAX Clean+Inspect is utilized by the facility management staff to schedule out janitorial labor and tasks, receive proof of service data (time/date stamps of real-time cleanings), and conduct facility-wide quality control inspections. The system is actively used to monitor cleanliness, and manage quality control within locker rooms, restrooms, suites, fan seating areas, back of the house, and office spaces.
The TRAX Client Success team continues to meet with the Spurs quarterly to evaluate the data collected, review KPIs, and analyze areas of improvement within their organization. The goal is to support the teams’ efforts of providing the best fan experience possible within the AT&T Center.
The San Antonio Spurs plan to expand the system to incorporate additional sensors to create a hybrid cleaning model of schedule-based and demand-based cleaning.
