1. Who are you, and where are you from?

I’m from the south of Atlanta (College Park), Ga. I’m the baby of a Vietnam veteran and a seamstress. I work for an own Non-Profit that feeds the homeless and low-income families monthly to help keep the southern value of helping your neighbors.
 

2. What is the most important thing people can do to support Black History Month?

The most important thing people can do to support Black History Month is to think back to the people before their time and show appreciation for their sacrifices just to unite and elevate “Black History.” Take a moment and educate yourself on the “True Black History” and live accordingly and respectively.
 

3. How do you celebrate Black History Month?

Every day I find a person from “Black History” and acknowledge and apricate them for what they sacrificed and gave to generations after their time.
