Executive Vice President
Patrick has worked in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) in the aviation industry for over 15 years. He specializes in adopting and implementing new technology and developing sustainable and lean operational practices.
Patrick has a dual Master’s Degree in Environmental Sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA in Project Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. He also has a B.S in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys golfing, barbecuing, and traveling with his family and friends. He looks forward to working with facility partners to create data-driven processes and drive sustainability practices.
Jennifer has been with TRAX Analytics for over four years. Her previous work experience includes mobile application development and deployment, small business sales and consulting, construction management, and marketing. Her background has helped her to successfully deploy a multitude of software-only projects, as well as large-scale, hardware and construction-intensive installations across the US.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a BA degree in Marketing. She also has a Master’s degree in International Business from the Warrington College of Business Administration, University of Florida. She is PMP Certified, and also a licensed Realtor.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys fostering kittens, traveling to new places, and tackling home improvement projects. She always looks forward to seeing how companies across different verticals operate in comparison to one another. Each is so unique and provides a new perspective!

Our Software team is responsible for configuring your TRAX software and hardware. This team also manages the design and development of custom API integrations to new systems and sensors in order to continually drive our platform forward. As an AGILE organization, our teams are constantly enhancing our software by optimizing existing features as well as creating new ones.
The Client Success team is your partner in crime for the duration of the contract. They ensure your organizational goals are achieved while reviewing data to find ROIs and operational improvements. The Client Success team will provide system training, account management, address any questions, and navigate any challenges to ensure the solution is performing to your needs and expectations.
Our Technical Support team monitors your sensors, data, and software to ensure optimal uptime and functionality. They will help support your organization by seeing any reporting challenges through to a resolution. With proactive monitoring, our platform can also send out email notifications to alert you if any sensors or software appear offline.
