JFK Airport is the busiest of all New York Airports and continues to be in the top 20 list of the busiest airports in the nation. TRAX Analytics has supported the janitorial operations of JFK Airport through facility management contracts for over 3 years and continues to expand services through additional contracts in other Terminals.
In 2022, TRAX was awarded a contract to provide the TRAX SmartRestrooms to Terminal 4 in partnership with Delta and JFKIAT. The project was broken down into 2 phases with Concourse A and B constructed first, and an additional phase of expanding to Headhouse later in the year. The program initiative is to continue to expand into an additional 26 restrooms over the next few years.
Kansas City International Airport underwent a $1.5billion dollar new terminal build which opened in February 2023. With 40 new gates, the airport showcases new technology and experiences such as a sensory room, plane simulator, and restrooms (including gender neutral) equipped with TRAX SmartRestroom technology.
TRAX was contracted through a design build project to provide a completely connected restroom solution including throughput monitoring, stall occupancy, connected dispensers, guest feedback, and digital signage. Janitorial teams are equipped with iPads running the TRAX Clean+Inspect mobile app that registers with Bluetooth beacons when they arrive to service the restrooms.
TRAX implemented an updated TRAX SmartRestroom platform and TRAX Clean+Inspect mobile app for JLL and provided Bluetooth beacons, Bluetooth badges with gateways, passenger feedback solution, video based throughput counters, and associated networking equipment. Additional solutions were installed in the restroom that TRAX integrates with such as stall occupancy systems.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, also known as the world’s busiest and most efficient airport, is partnered with Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company (AATC), a privately held organization that operates and maintains over 7M square feet at the airport. AATC contracted out TRAX Analytics in 2019 to provide innovative and industry-leading solutions to support the janitorial operations at ATL Airport.
The Riverside Convention Center, located in Riverside, California, is a 65,000+ ft. convention center and visitor’s bureau that takes pride in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for its guests. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), located in Raleigh, NC, consists of 2 Terminals and provides access to thirteen (13) different airlines. RDU selected Flagship Facility Services to provide janitorial service airport wide, including office space, gates, restrooms, and all passenger facing areas.
The AT&T Center is an indoor arena in San Antonio, TX home to the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) San Antonio Spurs. The arena seats approximately 19,000 for concerts and games and includes approximately 50 luxury suites within the facility.
Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport is the second busiest airport in the San Francisco Bay Area and services ten (10) different airlines across two terminals. In 2020, Flagship Facility Services was contracted to provide janitorial services to both Terminal A and Terminal B, where they identified the need to include technology to support their new cleaning needs and frequencies.

During the height of the COVID pandemic, Tampa International Airport and their janitorial contractor, Flagship, needed a more robust cleaning software to meet the increased demands of disinfection and sanitation.

Ford Motor Company envisioned a plan to create the “office of the future” at their corporate offices in Dearborn, Mi.. Ford selected TRAX Analytics as their technology partner to provide IOT technology and data analytics June 2021 to create an even more hygienic space.
Memphis International Airport has been actively renovating and modernizing its concourses with ongoing projects totaling in over 500M. In late 2021, Memphis selected TRAX Analytics as its technology provider to create an enhanced passenger experience as a part of the Concourse B modernization programs.
Mercedes Benz Corporate Headquarters is a luxury, multi-story corporate office that contracted Flagship Facility Services to manage their facility.
