LaGuardia International Airport - Terminal C
Summary: LaGuardia Airport has been a client of TRAX Analytics for over 5 years through contracts with Integrated Facility Management companies maintaining the janitorial operations across different terminals.
In 2021, TRAX transitioned the existing software license and solution over to JLL and began a multi-phased expansion project due to on-going construction. During this new construction project, TRAX expanded the TRAX SmartRestroom across 4 different terminals, to 14 new restroom locations in Headhouse. Concourse D, E, and F. Each phase of installation and deployment took approximate 3 months and is actively supported and maintained by TRAX Analytics.
TRAX implemented an updated TRAX SmartRestroom platform and TRAX Clean+Inspect mobile app for JLL and provided Bluetooth beacons, Bluetooth badges with gateways, passenger feedback solution, video based throughput counters, and associated networking equipment. Additional solutions were installed in the restroom that TRAX integrates with such as stall occupancy systems.
The janitorial teams will continue to receive alerts when a restroom has reached its designated threshold, have their time/date of arrival and departure automatically registered through the TRAX mobile and and subsequent Bluetooth badges, while also being able to view real time feedback from passengers.
The TRAX API is also provided to the data integration partner at LGA so they can consolidate and analyze cleaning data next to other pertinent data sets across other airport systems.
TRAX provides on-going support services to LGA and JLL such as system training, adoption support, technical support, automatic report generation, and frequent meetings to ensure the client is up to date on new features of the TRAX solution
